As advocates of evidence based practice, Biblio Educational Consultants drive systematic change through inquiry learning processes, based on wide and ongoing research and evidence synthesis, to lead all learners to find their voice.

Proven Results

Our current project is enjoying outstanding results with 100% of students demonstrating accelerated progress. In addition, over 80% of students are achieving between double and more than quadruple expected rates of progress, therefore closing the gap between the most successful and the least successful students and critically, leaving no student left behind.

My Journey

I have been a Literacy Leader for 15 years, across the primary sector in both the UK and New Zealand. After three years of professional development with Gail Loane and Sally Muir, and after completing further study, I could see a better way of providing for our students. An approach to teaching and learning which genuinely places the child at the heart of the matter and produces results for all learners.

Some of the best PD I have EVER had.

Biblio has been the best PLD that I have done in a long time. The philosophy of the mahi is child-centred and encourages both the teacher and the student to think like an author. It promotes discussion and ideas that inspire creativity and values my students’ voice. Writing is no longer laborious and is accessible to all, irrespective of achievement level.
